Extra information
The Volvo EC 210 is a versatile medium-sized excavator that balances power, maneuverability, and efficiency for a wide range of construction applications. As part of Volvo's popular EC series, it has earned a reputation for durability, operator comfort, and low total cost of ownership.
Powered by the reliable Volvo D6E 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with intercooler, the EC 210 delivers 104–123 kW (140–165 HP) at 1,800 rpm, providing strong performance while maintaining excellent fuel efficiency. The engine features Volvo Advanced Combustion Technology (V-ACT) for optimized combustion and reduced emissions, meeting Tier 3/Stage IIIA standards.
The excavator's advanced electro-hydraulic system with main control valve (MCV) uses intelligent technology to control on-demand flow, ensuring smooth, precise operation and fast cycle times. With 34.3 MPa hydraulic pressure, bucket digging force of 113–126 kN, and arm digging force of 85–95 kN, the EC 210 handles various materials including soil, sand, gravel, and light rock with ease. It offers a maximum digging depth of 6,380–6,825 mm and maximum reach at ground level of 9,605–10,200 mm, making it suitable for foundation work, trench digging, and material handling tasks.
